Some work in progress... for the sisters

Its been a little time since the itch needed to be itched. Its long over due . Been on the back burner for a while and on the want to do list.... got myself on ebay and seen some sister of battle theme bases... and just got seen some poor efforts.... and felt like I needed to have my own shot and making some bases myself..... so I've started work on a flagstone sheet.... this is ro form the starting point for the bases... 

Will take a little time to get to making the bases bit 1st stage is getting the flagstone tiles made and then master cast to then use baking some bases .

Next stage is to start engraving the details onto the master pvc sheet 

Now on retrospect I should have chosen a softer material to carve... my wrist it taking a bearing... seems only fair to suffer and feel the pain for the sister .... but ouch ouch the more I carve and sculpt 

Still more to keep doing to get the full stone effect and extra detail

Some new Scenery added to the site

been some time since the blog got some love .

so its time to give it some ..... (love )


that bit is out the way. on to some nerd stuff.

been busy doing a lot of adult stuff and none gaming / nerd stuff , ( makes me little sad but had to do grown up) have managed to find a little time  to get some new items on the site and a little tick off the to do list.

I do have some plans to made some new bases and some new sizes  , this is on the to do list but hope to find some time to get the masters up and ready / started soon. will keep posted .

Renendra Bases ....

Great news ......I have been exploring the store room...... it was a long journey and fraught with danger and adventure.( and some unexpected maidens and taverns )

Anyway after all that I found myself with some lost and forgotten stock.. sweet i thought so i had better set myself to getting the magic internet to add them to the store . a few moments later Bing .. some new bases from Renedra have been added to the site.

Been little busy bee in the back ground web store has had more stock added and bits and bobs about that on the facebook and twitter pages. Blogs been a little missed out ....

thiose lovely paints have arrived and filling the shelves of the paints section.

Also some little extra scenic bits from the range too, they are just great for adding some big tufts of wild grass to your bases and just help finish off those models.
